Perpetrationalism defies definitionalism; that is, it's hard to convey in small chunks 'n' sound bites/bytes, outside of the strange (and even "soft driven slow and mad", Jim!) new language evolving around and inside of it. Nevertheless, there are some fairly clear apparencies associated with the movement and its tenets, and perhaps some idea of its basic doctrine can be sussed 'n' gleaned from there.
Let's t'row this generality up: we were created, which naturally suggests a Creator. As the most beautiful gift of the Creator is creation, so would not creation be the most beautiful gift the Creator's works could offer among themselves (and to the Creator) in return?
And among those children throughout time have existed the special few who love the feeling of exhilaration that comes bundled with the documentation, the feeling of lettin' it go 'n' lettin' it flow, the feeling of reaching Higher within the Spirit manifest in their own works 'n' creations, the roadside rest area of Feeling More Like They Do Now Than They Did Before...the energy travels, and some nights it feels like the whole world is on the Vibe...or in Perpetrationalism terms, Down On The One.
Kinda like that, is how it is. Everybody's invited, it's just that not everybody wants to go. That's cool enough, though.
So, you could say that Perpetrationalism is, on one level, about reaching deeper into (and reaching through) creativity. Perpetrating is ultimately a mad mad flava of creating. Perpetrationalists are those who do their thing so deeply that it truly becomes a Thang, and by doing this they become the Thang, and ultimately "exchange the experience" of Sanctification.
Or, you could say something else.
Indeed!
